Unfortunately some of us judge people, by the way they respond.

Especially if we are a high C which is cautious, calculating, and critical? We have to have the method, and if someone doesn’t fit our mold, than we judge them as being incompetent.

Nothing could be further from the truth. High S people, are supportive, and may want to be supportive of other people to help. They may never want to harm, and may not ever voice a black and white  opinion. They will support anyone who they trust, and who they believe has the group interest in their purpose.

Being hasty to judge is the best way to create differences, and perhaps conflict. Understanding why a person does what he does is important for getting a true picture of the person.  The interesting thing is people are not “out to get you” they do things for their reasons only, and ONLY their reasons. Understanding their reasons will help us communicate more effectively.

We will communicate more effectively not only with our co workers, it will be our family, our siblings, our spouse and children.
